/Topup is a RomaVictorCommand

Usage: /Topup

Example: /Topup

Removes Sesterces from your VERM Account and places them into your Virtual Bank Account on your charracter.

Warning once Sesterces have been removed from the VERM Account they can not be transferred back to it.
