You do not have to register to use www.roma-victor.com, but you do need to register to take part in
the forum discussions or to apply for the GOCaT programme.
The registration information we collect can be seen by logging in and editing your profile from
within the forum pages. This information is stored securely and our company makes all reasonable
efforts to maintain its security. This information is also stored on back-up systems to avoid loss
of data. We do not use this information to trace your identity and do not pass it on to any third
party or government department.
» 2) Feedback
You can send us your feedback in several ways: by e-mails; by voting in polls; by posts and comments
in the forums or by comments in the chat room. When you add comments to the forums or the chat rooms,
these can be read by anyone visiting the page. In the case of the forums, your registered username
appears next to your comments. All chat room conversations are logged and a record of your IP address
is kept alongside each comment you make in the chat room. This information is also maintained securely
and is only used by RedBedlam staff to ensure the chat service is not being abused or misused.

i) Session cookies
Cookies are pieces of data created when you visit a website. The cookies our site uses are "session cookies",
which store some of your "preferences" while you move around the site. You can set your computer not to
accept cookies. However, if you do this, the forums and some other parts of the site may not function as
intended for you. Session cookies are deleted when you leave the site. They do not contain any personal information
about you, and do not hold any information about which sites you visited before www.roma-victor.com.
ii) Log files
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. Log files do not contain any personal information.
Log files are used solely to give an indicator of how much usage the server is seeing and the popularity of
the various pages within the site.
